Drungi was founded in 2019 by Magnus on Bass, Gummi on Drums and Loki on guitar. They were joined by vocalist Sjafnar and Lead guitarist Rúnar.
They focus on natural elements of Iceland in their writing and write all their lyrics in Icelandic.
They all come from a wide musical background and have a wide age gap that does increase the diversity of the music they write.
