Upplýsingar á Bandcamp (https://agalma.bandcamp.com/album/agalma-vi):
Recorded in Mengi, 22 of January 2020 and consists of a single improvised session.
AFTERTHOUGHTS:
P E
Pears in ears - soundpears not lightpears
sound = light but it’s the other way around
30,000 soundyears away, little fish swimming in deep oceans of sound
stuck in traffic, underwater, red light, blue light, black light
engine off
taking a step back into
that new documentary about
teeth - take a look around… we’re doing ok
back in the water
give us a moment to adapt
5 more minutes
I think we might be in the same place now
Molars, Incisors, Canines
Infested glottal area
scratching the back of my throat
waves and waves... more
released July 30, 2020

Isoliminal is Agalmas first compilation project. It consists of individual tracks produced in isolation over the past two months by the various artists involved with the Icelandic electronic and experimental scenes that are featured in the Agalma catalogue. Conceived as a collaborative effort to hold out against the lingering depression many have faced caused by this years absurd run of events, it features a wide spectrum of musical offerings ranging from freely improvised experimental one-takes and heart-wrenching ambient soundscapes to acid-marinated synth pop and near stadium-worthy electronic power ballads.

AFTERTHOUGHTS:
P E
Pears in ears - soundpears not lightpears
sound = light but it’s the other way around
30,000 soundyears away, little fish swimming in deep oceans of sound
stuck in traffic, underwater, red light, blue light, black light
engine off
taking a step back into
that new documentary about
teeth - take a look around… we’re doing ok
back in the water
give us a moment to adapt
5 more minutes
I think we might be in the same place now
Molars, Incisors, Canines
Infested glottal area
scratching the back of my throat
waves and waves... more
