Isoliminal is Agalmas first compilation project. It consists of individual tracks produced in isolation over the past two months by the various artists involved with the Icelandic electronic and experimental scenes that are featured in the Agalma catalogue. Conceived as a collaborative effort to hold out against the lingering depression many have faced caused by this years absurd run of events, it features a wide spectrum of musical offerings ranging from freely improvised experimental one-takes and heart-wrenching ambient soundscapes to acid-marinated synth pop and near stadium-worthy electronic power ballads.
